5k Run & 1 Mile Walk

Location: The Arena Club in Bel Air, MD
Time: 5k & Walk @ 8:30 AM (Walkers will start immediately after the 5k starts)
Elite Race Management is proud to be the official timer of the Arena Club’s 5th Annual Santa Sleigh 5k & 1 Mile Walk. The race benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford County. The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs is to enable all young people , especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

Entry Fees:
5k: $25
1 Mile Walk: $10 (No t-shirt for walkers)
Boys & Girls Club Members and Runners/Walkers Under 13 Years Old are Free
Registration:
Online Registration has closed, but you can still sign up for the 5k and walk at the packet pickup on Friday evening, or on race day.
Course:
The 5k and 1 mile courses start at the Arena Club and weave through the beautiful campus of Harford Community College on paved roads before returning to the Arena Club for the finish.
Awards:
5k
- Cash awards and plaques to the top 3 overall male and female 5k runners
- Awards to the top male and female masters runners
- Awards to the top 3 in each Age Group: 1-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+
Amenities:
5k participants who register before December 2nd are guaranteed to receive a race t-shirt. There will be a water station on the course, and water & sports drink at the finish line. Course marshals will direct racers at all major turns. Refreshments will be available post race – also music and random prize giveaways.
Packet Pick Up:
Packets will be available for pick up on the following dates:
- Friday, December 7 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM inside the Arena Club
- Saturday, December 8 from 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM outside at the start/finish line
Due to time constraints on race day, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE participants to pick up packets on Friday.
