Keep Punching strives to support patients, health-care providers, and researchers in their fight to prevent and eradicate brain cancer and minimize treatment-related side effects that may adversely impact function and comfort. All proceeds assist patients, families, and clinicians who wish to pursue integrative approaches to healing and researchers investigating both traditional and complementary cancer-related therapies. Since its inception in February 2013, the organization has donated over $25,000 to help fund the efforts of Dr. Fabio Iwamoto, Deputy Director of the Neuro-oncology Division at Columbia University Medical Center. The funds will support research to advance treatments for glioblastomas and other brain tumors. More information on Keep Punching can be found at the official website, www.KeepPunching.org.
