Join us for the fourth annual MSU 5k run & walk benefiting the Morgan State University Department of World Languages’ Study Abroad Scholarship. Sign up as an individual, or pick a team and compete for the largest team award!

$10 for MSU Students & K-12 Students until April 19
$20 for MSU Faculty/Staff/Alumni until April 19
$25 for Non-MSU Affiliates until April 19
$25 for all registrants after April 19
Virtual Runner:
Can’t make the race? Please consider making a donation by registering through the “Register Now” button above and selecting your donation amount. Donors of $25 and above are eligible to receive a commemorative race shirt.
The event will be held rain or shine, and entry fees are non-refundable.
Community Fun Day:
You may also register for the “MSU Community Fun Day” when you sign up for the race. Registration is at no cost, but does require registration and clicking the legal waiver. This session runs from 10am-12pm. Those who register for the 5K must also register for this session if they wish to attend. To register for MSU Community Fun Day, click here!

Students, faculty, and alumni – encourage your friends and colleagues to register and help your team win a prize for having one of the three largest teams! If you aren’t affiliated with MSU you can choose “No Affiliation” when you register.
Course Information:
The 5k will start on the walkway in front of the library on the campus of Morgan State University. Participants will travel south through campus heading toward Lake Montebello, complete a lap around the lake, and return to campus to finish on the track in Hughes Memorial Stadium. Pets, roller skates, and other wheeled devices (with the exception of wheelchairs and jogging strollers) are not allowed on the course for the 5k.

Top 3 overall male and female finishers
Top male and female finisher in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+
Awards for the 3 largest teams registered!
Amenities:
A commemorative race shirt will be given to all participants (shirts and sizes are NOT guaranteed to individuals registering after April 19). Water will be available at the halfway point of the 5k course, and course marshals will direct racers at major turns. Free parking is available in the MSU parking garage.
Packet Pick Up:
Packets will be available for pick up on Friday, May 2 from 3-6 PM in the student center. Packets are also available on race day from 7:45 AM – 8:50 AM at the start line.
