Polakoff Foundation 5k to Fight Glaucoma
5k & 1 Mile Family Fun Run

Time: 5k @ 8:10 AM, 1 Mile Family Fun Run @ 9:00 AM
Race Limit: 400 for 5k
All race proceeds will benefit The Samuel R. and Denise F. Polakoff Foundation, Ltd (The Polakoff Foundation), an organization founded in 2006 to assist in the fight against glaucoma by raising funds, creating awareness and making services available to glaucoma patients and those who may be at risk for glaucoma. 5k: $25 until May 15, $30 at packet pickup and on race day
1 Mile Fun Run: $20 until May 15, $25 at packet pickup and on race day
The event will be held rain or shine, and entry fees are non-refundable.

Course Information:
5k Course
The 5k course will consist of an out-and-back on Beaver Dam Road, with a turnaround on Gilroy Road. Police will monitor traffic on the roads. Strollers and headphones are NOT allowed on the course. The 1 mile fun run will take place inside of Oregon Ridge Park on grass surfaces.

Top 3 overall males and females, as well as the top male and female finishers in each age group as follows:
18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, and 40+
Amenities:
T-shirts guaranteed to 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run participants who register no later than April 25, 2014. Shirt sizes and availability NOT guaranteed to those who register after this cutoff. Water will be available at the halfway point of the 5k course, and course marshals will direct racers at major turns.
Packet Pick Up:
Packets will be available for pick up on Sunday beginning at 7:00 AM at the 5k start/finish line inside Oregon Ridge Park.
